We understand it takes a lot of courage to ask for help and there are many reasons that have led you to this point, many of which are not your fault. So just the fact you are asking for help is all we need to know to be able to help you.

From the moment you walk through our doors, you will feel like our guest, not our client, this is what separates us from other organisations. We love and value you as you are, however you come, and if we had flowers or chocolate (which we often do), then we would offer them to you to show you the value that we see in you. Checkout what we do below.

Every Monday we serve a delicious hot meal and dessert prepared fresh on site to over 100 guests. We would love you to be one of them. We are open from 10:00am – 12:30pm and are located at our CREW Building – 5 Cessnock Way Rockingham.

We also have Hot Showers, Washers and Dryers. All for Free! Rain, hail or shine, including every public holiday, we will be down there.

Every Friday between 10am and 1pm, we provide emergency relief food hampers from our building at 5 Cessnock Way Rockingham.

The hampers include fresh produce, dairy, frozen meals and pantry staples and all for free.

To qualify for a hamper please present your health care card or pension card and you can come once a fortnight if you are still in need. If you have some re-useable bags then please bring them along so we can help save the environment.

During our hamper time (Fridays between 10am and 1pm) we have a free op shop with good quality Adults and kids clothing, shoes, hats and bedding. This is provided for those that qualify for a hamper, ask one of the team when you get your hamper if you can browse the clothing too, we would love to help.

We have other items that we have put aside for those sleeping rough or particularly struggling to get by. These including tents, sleeping bags, bedding, toiletries, sleeping mats etc, just ask one of the team when you come to the building.

The Soup Van goes out to six stops in the Rockingham area every Sunday Night. Everyone is welcome to come and eat from the van no matter what circumstance brings you to us. Each guests receives a meat and salad roll, a hot soup and a muffin along with a selection of fruit and vegetables.
